Self Care Saturday today is all about Hair! Girls, don’t we love our hair! I know I spend a LOT of money maintaining my hair, but today’s it’s about just some tips on what I do regularly at home to keep it looking healthy, shiny and silky!
- I only wash my hair a few times a week because I do not want to dry it out or strip the color. It’s long and takes quite awhile to dry and style as well. I used Aveda shampoo and conditioner called:
- I drink this little bottle of gold: Isagenix Collagen Elixir everyday! Check it out here :https://kimberleyskorner.isagenix.com/collagen
- The Aveda Botanical Mask is amazing and that is what I am doing today to give my hair extra moisture especially in the winter months! How do you use it? You wash your hair and then do not use conditioner. Get out of the shower and then put the mask on for about an hour-ish and then rinse it out. This is link here brings you to this product: https://www.aveda.com/product/17754/80718/hair-care/treatment-masques/botanical-repair-intensive-strengthening-masque-rich
- Next step: Aveda Speed of Light Blow Dry Accelerator Spray – can you say awesome! For very wavy and tangled hair? And here is the link for this product that helps me a brush through my crazy mane of hair!
- What’s next? I blow out my hair a bit with the blow dryer. This definitely helps me get a brush through it as well as the Blow Dry Spray.https://www.aveda.com/product/22901/62004/styling/blow-dry-spray/speed-of-light-blow-dry-accelerator-spray
- Applying the Aveda Product called Light Elements, Smoothing Fluid Lotion before I completely blow it out, helps me get my locks smooth and silky! Sadly, they don’t make this anymore, but i have some stashed and use it sparingly!
